Will be watchig the UK's programming from now on. Don't see the point in continuing to invest in equipment for Irish programming. Shame because they could do it if they wanted. The issue appears to be the huge overhead in paying salaries to the controllers of RTE, and then there's not enough of the license fee/advertising revenue left over to actually produce anything worthwhile :( Off to buy the FTA hardware this weekend.
